Let’s continue to play safe. Our centers are open and we remain dedicated to prioritizing the health and safety of our guests and team members. We are carefully monitoring and following COVID-19 guidelines at a federal level and continue to require masks, temperature checks and limited capacity where needed. Encouraging use of hand sanitizer and increasing number of sanitization stations

We’re encouraging all of our guests to sanitize their hands upon entry. We also have hand sanitizer and wipes available throughout the center to be used as needed.

Supporting Employees Health

We’re making sure all of our employees are healthy and ready to work. Everyone receives a temperature check before starting their shift, and all our employees will wear face coverings while working.

Adding Safety Resources for Guests

We want to make sure our guests feel safe at all times while visiting our center. We will have face coverings available for guests to utilize if needed.

Enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures in our center

We now have dedicated team members working to clean surfaces throughout the center all day long. All of our bowling balls, shoes, laser tag vests & phasers, games, billiards & shuffleboard equipment, counters, and other high touch surfaces are cleaned consistently throughout the day. We have always deep cleaned our centers each night after closing, but now we are adding an additional deep cleaning each morning before we open to ensure all of our surfaces are sanitized.

Encouraging Guests to Play Safe

We’re asking that all guests stay home if you have had any symptoms in the past 72 hours to help us avoid the spread of germs. Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds, cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, and remember to stay 6 feet apart.

Introducing Contactless Payment

We have contactless payment options at our registers via mobile wallet or accepted credit cards to encourage social distancing. Guests can ‘Tap and Pay’ to purchase game cards and activities across the center. We accept Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay and all other Tap and Pay methods.

We're here for you and ready to play, the safe way
