How do I use my Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card?

Main Event Gift Cards & e-Gifts are simple to use. At any Main Event Entertainment Center in the U.S., they work just like a debit card.
If you have a Plastic Gift Card, it is swiped at the terminal used for debit and credit cards & it deducts the amount from the Gift Card.
If you received an email with an e-Gift Card, print & present your Main Event e-Gift - OR - display your email/mobile phone at the Bowl Desk of any Main Event Entertainment center. It is entered into our terminal & it deducts the amount from the e-Gift Card.

What can I purchase with Main Event Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards?

You can use Main Event Gift Cards or e-Gifts to purchase food, beverages, FUNcards (which are required to operate games), activities, attractions, merchandise and taxes.
*The Main Event Gift Cards & e-Gifts may NOT be used to purchase private corporate/group events, or additional Gift Cards at any Main Event Entertainment center located in the U.S. or online at mainevent.com.

Can anyone use my Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card?

Can I use my Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card online?

At this time, No, you may not use your Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card online to make purchases.

Can I put a tip or gratuity on my Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card?

Yes, if you have funds remaining on your Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift, you may use them towards a tip.

Can I re-load or add funds to my Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card?

At this time, No, your Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift is not reloadable, either in a Main Event Entertainment center, online at mainevent.com, or by phone.

Do you know the nearest Main Event location to me?

Are Main Event Gift Cards & e-Gifts sold in specific denominations?

The Main Event Gift Card offers flexibility. You may purchase a Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift in our locations & online at mainevent.com for any flexible value you choose, from $5 to $500.
You may also purchase Main Event Gift Cards & e-Gifts from other retailers, e-Tailers & third party partners.

Are there any limits on the number of Main Event Gif Cards or e-Gift Cards that can be purchased?

At any Main Event Entertainment Center, you may purchase up to 10 Main Event Gift Cards, for any denomination from $5 to $500, but not exceeding $2,000 in gift card purchases in a single day.
At mainevent.com, you may purchase up to 10 cards or $500 in Main Event Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.
Bulk Gift Card Purchases:
If you are purchasing more cards or making a larger bulk gift card purchase, please visit mainevent.com & select Gift Cards for additional information & available discounts regarding corporate or large, bulk gift card purchases.

Can a Main Event Gift Card be used to purchase another Main Event Gift Card?

No, a Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card.

Will any type of service fees or non-use/dormancy fees be charged to my Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card?

Can I receive a refund on funds I have placed on my Main Event Gift Card or e-Gift Card?

No. Main Event Gift Cards & e-Gifts are redeemable for food, beverages, activities, attractions & merchandise + taxes. However, Main Event Gift Cards may not be cash, unless required by law.

I lost my Main Event Gift Card or my Main Event Gift Card was stolen. Can you cancel or replace the card?

Main Event Gift Cards & e-Gifts are treated just like cash. Unfortunately, if the card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. If you have additional questions or concerns, please email giftcards@mainevent.com for further assistance with your inquiry
